Three tier bridal shower cake for a lovely bride.
Inspired by sweet shop in Paris, the Laduree.
Here, I piped two royal icing for the crown of Laduree and let it dry for at least a week.
One broke of course, so it's always a good idea to have a spare which worked
perfectly as the topper of the cake.
