Cream Cheese Flan


I've been making this cream cheese flan for a thousand times, and still it never disappoints. Why would it, when every bite is just heaven in your mouth! I got this gem of a recipe from Carnation's online Very Best of Baking. This one's sure to please the crowd.

CREAM CHEESE FLAN

Ingredients
 3/4 cup sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
1 block cream cheese
5 eggs
1 tsp good vanilla extract 

PREHEAT oven to 350 F.
BLEND all of the ingredients together in a blender.
POUR into prepared cake pans.
BAKE for 30-45 minutes. Not to worry if it still jiggly. Let cool completely.
CHILL for at least 4-6 hours or overnight to set.
