Today is my birthday!
Since I can afford to design my own cake for my birthday, I decided to get spoiled and made two! This one is to honor my mother (Arceli is her name) who loves me unconditionally since the day I was conceived. I love you mom!
Cake #2 is made of vanilla cake with strawberry Swiss Meringue Buttercream. Loved it! I adorned it with edible organic Phalaenopsis orchid.
